Pictures and more from the
This Ain't No Picnic Festival
(July 2, 2000)

At the 'No Picnic' festival, I got conned into working the Sense Field merchandise booth, which was more or less fine with me because I got to meet a lot of cool Sense Field fans. Some having been to my my humble site here at "sensefield.net", some not; but all were interesting to meet. One girl took a picture of me with a cool polaroid camera, and I told her I'd put it up on this site.

Yes, this is the hairy beast who does this website...

I also got my picture taken with two lovely female friends of the band: Jesi and Tara

Take 2

Take 3

Looks like Jesi's thinking something naughty.
Looks like I like it.

The Sense Field merchandise booth. Jesi was working it with me.

A nice pic of Jesi, Meredith and her boyfriend Scott.
All good friends of this band.

And then Sense Field took the stage

This had to have been one of the most energetic shows I've ever seen from Sense Field. They were performing in front of thousands. I'm sure they must have picked up a few new fans.

I remember them playing Love Song, Soft, Outlive the Man, The Horse is Alive, Leia, Building, and Open Heart Surgery. There were a couple more songs, but my memory is fading. Anyway, it was a lot of fun. Here are some pictures...

And for your amusement, below are some pictures from a couple days before the festival after the boys were rehearsing for the show.

Always the ladies man, Berger with Jesi.

Now that's rock and roll

Here ya go ladies, enjoy. Got Rob?

If you look closely you'll notice that he's twirling a stick with his hand.
His right hand mind you!

Rob said I needed a picture of me up on this site so he took one of me with Jon and Rodney.
You can tell I'm a hot drummer.

Catch ya later Bill and Ted
